                                                   Maheswara Rao Kuncheam












                    Born on 12th of August, 1973, to late Sri K.Koteswara Rao, (Retired Assistant Commissioner
             of Police) and late Smt.K. Suseelama. Completed his schooling at St. Mary's School, Kurnool and
             B.S.Kannan Government High School & Junior College, Chittoor. After obtaining a Bachelor of
             Academic Laws & Bachelor of Law (B.A.L., B.L.) through a five year integrated degree course,
             from S.V.University, Tirupathi. Further, pursued advanced legal studies and earned Master of
             Laws (M.L.) from S.K. University, Ananthapuramu. After being enrolled on the rolls of the Bar
             Council of India as an Advocate on 17.02.1998, initially started legal journey in the Trial Courts,
             Ananthapuramu. In the year 2000, shifted his practice to the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at
             Hyderabad. Legal service to the profession led to empanelment as a member of both the High
             Court of Andhra Pradesh and the Bar Council of India.
                    In addition to private practice, he served as Standing Counsel for several prominent public
             sector undertakings, including the Food Corporation of India, Central Warehousing Corporation,
             H.P.C.L., United India Insurance Company, New India Assurance Company and other reputed
             financial institutions. In recognition of his vast legal expertise and reputation, he was appointed
             as Amicus Curiae twice by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in significant matters.
                    Over the course of his career as an Advocate, has argued approximately 136 cases before
             the Hon'ble High Courts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, which were reported in legal journals.
                    Appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and took oath of office
             on 28.10.2024.
