Born on 12 July 1976 to Late Sri Challa Narayana and Late Smt.Challa Chandramma at
Tadipatri, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh. Had schooling at Sri Aurobindo Centinary School,
Tadipatri. Completed degree and law studies at Hyderabad. Enrolled as an Advocate in the year
2001 and started practicing in the office of Hon'ble Sri Justice Challa Kodanda Ram. After his
elevation as Judge of Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, started independent practice and has
built a distinguished legal career. Handled cases relating to Writ Remedies under the Constitution
across various branches of law, including Education, Electricity, Mining, Taxation, Revenue,
SARFAESI, Environment and Pollution, Arbitration, and Contracts, Civil Matters and Criminal
Matters, particularly in Economic Offences on both Original and Appellate sides. Has extensive
experience in handling Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters, mergers before the NCLT,
tariff, regulatory, and adjudicatory issues before APERC/TSERC/APTEL, and advised and
represented various corporate houses in Litigation.
Served as a Standing Counsel for the Medical Council of India from 2011 to 2013 and
appeared for various Educational Institutions at High Court. Also appeared for various
Government of India Public Sector Undertakings as Special Counsel before Tribunals and High
Court.
Appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and sworn-in as such on
28.10.2024.
