Born on 26 June 1969 in an Agricultural family at Kattula Kaviti Village, Veeraghattam
Mandal, Srikakulam District. Had his primary education in St.Aloysius High School,
Visakhapatnam, Intermediate in Krishna College, Visakhapatnam and persuaded L.L.B., course in
N.B.M. Law College, Visakhapatnam. His manoeuvre to articulate legal profession is after being
influenced by the eternal legal guidance of his Peddananna (uncle), Sri Gedela Narayana Rao
garu, who was Senior Advocate, Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, and maternal uncle, Sri Karri
Narayana Rao garu, who was the Vice-President of the Indian Society of International Law, New
Delhi and Member, Law Commission of India, New Delhi and Member of Parliament. Enrolled as an
Advocate on the rolls of the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh on 09.03.1994 and, initially, joined in
the Chambers of Sri M.Ram Das (MRD) at Visakhapatnam and shifted the practice to the High Court
of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in the year, 1995 and joined the Chambers of Sri Kowturu Vinay
Kumar, Senior Advocate, and worked till December, 2000. He was appointed as Assistant
Government Pleader in the A.P.Administrative Tribunal and discharged till June, 2004.
Thereafter, established independent practice actively in Civil, Criminal, Services and
Constitutional Laws and extensively dealt with number of cases. In the year, 2010, he was
appointed as Standing Counsel for Guntur Municipal Corporation and also appointed as Panel
Advocate for the Central Government to deal with cases pertaining to Central Government in the
High Court of Andhra Pradesh. He was Official Mediator for the Composite High Court of Telangana

and Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad and was issued Accreditation Certificate by the Hon'ble
Supreme Court of India.
Elevated as Additional Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh and sworn in on 04.08.2025.
