Born on 8 August 1974 to Sri Nyapathy Subba Rao & Smt.Nyapathy Parimala and had
schooling in B.V.M. High School, Rajahmundry, pursued Degree in Government Arts College,
Rajahmundry and completed Bachelor of Law Degree in G.S.K.M. Law College, Rajahmundry. His
Lordship's father is a well known National Level Billiards player and his Great grandfather Late Sri
Nyapathy Subbarao Pantulu was one of the founders of 'The Hindu' Newspaper.
Enrolled as an Advocate in Advocates' Bar Association, High Court of Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad in the year 1998 and joined the office of Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S. Rama Chandra Rao
Garu. His Lordship was elected as Secretary to the then unified Andhra Pradesh High Court
Advocates' Association, High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad for the year 2011-2012.
An avid Sports Lover and had played on behalf of Andhra Pradesh High Court in the annual
All India Lawyers' Cricket Tournaments. His Lordship led the team to victory as Captain and was
Man of the Tournaments and Man of Series on quite a few occasions.
Appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati, and sworn-
in as such on 21.10.2023.
Appointed as Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh and assumed charge as such on
13.08.2025.
