Harinath Nunepally
Hon'ble Justice has served more than 3 decades in various positions in the High Court. A
brief introduction of the Hon'ble Justice is that
Hon'ble Justice was born on 12th January 1972 at Kurnool to Smt. N.Krishnaveni and Sri
N.Bala Venkata Reddy. Did his schooling and intermediate at Hyderabad. He has completed 5
years integrated Law Course from Sir C.R.R. Law College, Eluru.
His Lordship has enrolled with the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh on 30.11.1994 and
commenced the practice by joining the chambers of a Senior Advocate Mr Ravi.S in the High Court.
His Lordship had served as Additional Standing Counsel for Government of India in the High
Court of A.P from 2001 to 2004 Later, His Lordship was empanelled as Senior Panel Counsel for
Government of India in the High Court at Hyderabad in the year 2004. Also as Standing Counsel for
the Directorate of Enforcement, in High Court and Special Courts for ED Cases in State of AP in the
year 2011.
His Lordship has also rendered his valuable services as Special Public Prosecutor for the
National Investigation Agency, Government of India in 2015.
Recognizing their valuable services, His Lordship has once again been empanelled as
Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India for combined High Court at Hyderabad in the year 2016.
His Lordship has also been elected twice as Member of the Bar Council i.e. for the Bar Council of
AP in 2012 and for the Bar Council of Telangana in 2018. However, His Lordship resigned as Member
Bar Council of Telangana and opted for practice in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
His Lordship was engaged as Assistant Solicitor General for India for Andhra Pradesh High
Court in the year 2020 and later the post has been re-designated as Deputy Solicitor General of
India for A.P.High Court w.e.f., 13.09.2022.
Apart from above various valuable services, His Lordship Justice was also the Advisor to
various National and Multi National companies involved in banking and financial institutions and
now elevated as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati and assumed
charge as such on 21.10.2023.
