3. REGISTRY INFORMATION DASHBOARD APPLICATION (RIDA)

The Registry Information Dashboard Application (RIDA) is designed to provide access to key

operational statistics, essential information, and performance indicators pertaining to various
branches of the Registry. It facilitates real-time monitoring of case filing, pendency and disposal

trends, digitization progress, current and historical circulars, and staff deployment. The

Application also enables the generation of automated reports and analytical summaries for

internal administrative review. Furthermore, role-based user authentication will be

implemented to regulate and secure access at different administrative levels.

4. FIMS V2.0

File Movement and Information System (FIMS) V2.0 has new feature by adding Circulation
Software Application in the FIMS APP that will reduce the double entry of cases in certain Sections

of the High Court.

NETWORKING & MISCELLANEOUS:
1. Migration to Paperless Courts

The High Court is steadily transitioning towards Paperless Court operations. The High

Court developed a robustic Application for Paperless Courts, in which, a user friendly
environment was created to browse the digital copies of Case Records by the Hon'ble Judges,

learned Advocates, Court Officers, Court Masters and Personal Secretaries of Hon'ble Judges. At
present, the required Hardware was installed in four (4) Court Halls and these Courts are
scheduled to commence operations shortly.
