4. Up-gradation of Full Court Hall and Mini Conference Hall
The Audio System installed in the Full Court Hall and Mini Conference Hall has come
to end of life and end of support. The High Court replaced the outdated Audio System with
new generation Bosch Audio System including flush-mount microphones enabling the
Hon'ble Judges to participate in the conferences in a clean-table environment.
5. Live Streaming and Online Courts Components
The High Court procured various components, such as, All-in-One Computer, LED
Screens, Microphones, Digital Signal Processor, Video Switcher, Control System, Tab,
Speech to text software, assistive listening device, etc., in order to equip the Court with
Live Streaming and Online Court environment. The Live Streaming Courts are completely
automated with the Tab. The primary object of the Live Streaming and Online Courts is to
provide a digital access to the stakeholders from a remote place.
6. Video Conferencing Equipment
The High Court procured Video Conferencing Equipment for 654 Courts in the
District Judiciary with the funds under Phase-III of eCourts Project, comprising of one 55''
LED Screen with 5 feet portable stand, PTZ Camera, All-in-One Computer, 1 KVA Online
UPS and a Speaker-cum-Microphone. This VC equipment enables the Judicial Officers
working in the District Judiciary to have seamless Video Conferencing with the learned
Advocates and other stakeholders for quick disposal of cases with travel saving and
environmental protection. The same type of Video Conferencing equipment was procured
for the High Court for seamless hearing of cases in Online Courts.
7. ICT in new Court Rooms and Complexes
The High Court procured and provided various components for new Court Rooms and
new Court Complexes covered under Phase-III of eCourts Project, such as, All-in-One
Computers, Printers, Scanners, LAN Nodes, DSC Tokens, UPS, Extra Monitors, Display
Boards, Diesel Generator Sets, and included 49 new Courts and 17 new Court Complexes in
Phase-III of eCourts Project. These components established the connectivity between the
Courts and the stakeholders.
8. Rooftop Solar System
The High Court also procured and took steps for erection of one Rooftop Solar
System with a capacity of 22 Kilowatts. It is an in-grid-connected (on-grid) setup and this
AC power runs the loads first and any shortfall is taken from the DISCOM. This will save the
power consumption of this High Court.
9. KIOSK MACHINES:
The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has developed the e-Pay Application to facilitate
the payment of fees relating to the filing of cases through e-Pay via KIOSK Machines, which
are proposed to be installed in the High Court premises. The High Court has entered into
an agreement with the State Bank of India (SBI) for the installation of the said KIOSK
Machines. The initiative is presently under process, whereas the High Court procured and
provided KIOSK Machines to all the new Court Complexes in the District Judiciary to
facilitate viewing of Case Status.
