One-day mediation orientation programme on July 30, 2025

A one-day mediation orientation programme for 72 mediators was conducted on 30 july 2025.
The programme was graced by the presence of Hon'ble Executive Chairman of APSLSA, Sri Justice

Ravi Nath Tilhari, and the Hon'ble Chairman of APHCLSC, Sri Justice Rao Raghunandan Rao, Hon'ble

Sri Justice Ninala Jayasurya and Hon'ble Sri Justice T.C.D. Sekhar. The sessions emphasized

strengthening mediation practices and enhancing the skills of participating mediators.

Mediation Centre Statistics
In 2025 (up to October), the A.P. High Court Mediation Centre received 459 cases for

mediation. Of these, 74 cases were successfully settled, reflecting the Centre's continued

commitment to promoting amicable dispute resolution. The steady settlement rate highlights

the growing trust and effectiveness of the mediation process.

National Lok Adalat
In 2025 (up to October), three (03) National Lok Adalats conducted by APHCLSC. A total of

874 cases were referred, out of which 363 cases were successfully settled. An amount of
₹8,41,29,616/- was awarded through these settlements.

Legal Aid
In 2025 (up to October), legal aid was provided to 391 applicants. These services ensured

access to justice for eligible and deserving individuals. This reflects the continued commitment

of APHCLSC to support those in need of legal assistance.
