             LEGAL SERVICES COMMITTEE






                    The Andhra Pradesh High Court Legal Services Committee (APHCLSC) conducted a 40-hour

             Mediation  Training  Programme  for  32  advocates  of  the  High  Court  of Andhra  Pradesh.  The

             programme aimed to enhance professional competency and equip participants with essential

             mediation skills. The training contributed to strengthening the pool of trained mediators for

             effective dispute resolution.

             SIGNATORY CAMPAIGN ON JULY 15, 2025

             SUCCESSFUL ADVOCACY FOR ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
                    The APHCLSC,  in  close  collaboration  with  the APSLSA,  successfully  implemented  the

             nationwide 90-day Special Mediation Campaign, "Mediation 'For The Nation'," initiated by the

             National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee

             (MCPC). As a key component of this effort, the Committee executed a high-impact Signatory

             Campaign on July 15, 2025. This event significantly raised professional and public awareness for

             expedited  dispute  resolution  under  the  slogan  "Mediation:  A  Path  of  Mutual  Benefit,"  and

             garnered widespread commitment from approximately 200 participants, including the Hon'ble

             Chairman of APHCLSC Sri Justice Rao Raghunandan Rao, High Court Registrars, Senior Advocates,

             and trained empanelled mediators, cementing the institution's commitment to amicable case

             settlement.
