DLSA, Vizianagaram:

The DLSA Vizianagaram conducted New Module legal awareness progamme on 25-10-2025
at Collectorate Auditorium, Collector Office, Vizianagaram on NALSA (Child-Friendly Legal

Services for Children) Scheme, 2024 & NALSA (Legal Services to Persons With Mental illness and
Persons with Intellectual Disabilities) Scheme, 2024 etc., and issued a cheque of Rs. 30,00,000/-

to the beneficiaries. In this programme 650 persons participated.

SPECIAL DAYS:
World Mental Health Day:
The Legal Services Institutions conducted Legal Awareness proghrammes on the occasion of

World Mental Health Day on 10-10-2025 and enlightened about the NALSA (Legal Services to the
Mentally Ill and Mentally Disabled Persons) Scheme 2015. A total 5406 people were participated.

International Missing Children Day-25 May
Legal Services Institutions have conducted legal awareness programmes on Missing and

Untraced children on 25-5-2025 and created awareness about the availability of legal services
for missing children, child protection, prevention of trafficking of children, their effective
rehabilitation and tracing the missing children handing over to the family or rehabilitation of the

children in a proper institution. A total number of 35 programmes conducted and 1845 persons
were participated.

International Women's Day on 08-03-2025
APSLA:
As per the directions of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Patron-in-Chief, APSLSA and the
Hon'ble Executive Chairman, APSLSA, the State Legal Services Authority and the High Court Legal
Services Committee conducted cultural activities.

In this Programme Hon'ble Women Judges viz., Hon'ble Smt. Justice Sumathi Jagadam,
Hon'ble Smt. Justice Kiranmayee Mandava, Hon'ble Dr. Justice Venkata Jyothirmai Pratapa,
Hon'ble Smt. Justice Vaddiboyana Sujatha, and Hon'ble Ms. Justice B.S. Bhanumathi, and the

Hon'ble High Court Judges, Registrars were participated.
