STATE LEVEL CONFERENCES

I. First State Judicial Conference was held on 01.12.2019 at Dr. HH Deichmann & Dr. S. John
David Auditorium ACHARYA NAGARJUNA UNIVERSITY, Guntur District:
Conference started at 10.00 am and concluded at 5.00 pm and it was conducted under the able guidance
of Hon’ble Sri Justice J.K.Maheshwari, the then Chief Justice of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and the
Committee of Hon’ble Judges.

SCHEDULE OF THE CONFERENCE WAS AS FOLLOWS:
INAUGURATION
Working Sessions:
Technical Session No.1 : Planning and Management for timely justice with emphasize on arrears (institution, pendency
and disposal of the cases.
Technical Session No.2 : Judicial Accountability & Bench and Bar Camaraderie/Etiquette.
Technical Session No.3: Sustainable dispute resolution mechanism (legal services, arbitration, mediation and conciliation.
Technical Session No.4: Judicial and office administration – stumbling blocks and fire fight.
VALIDICTION
In all the technical sessions, one judicial officer from each cadre had presented a paper on the said subjects.
