In the year 2025, certain officers were promoted as Joint Registrar, Deputy Registrar and
twenty seven (27) Deputy Section Officers promoted as Section Officers, forty two (42) Assistant
Section Officers promoted as Deputy Section Officers, 70 Assistants/Examiners/Typists/Copyists
promoted as Assistant Section Officers/Computer Operator and 55 staff members promoted to
the Categories of Assistants, Record assistants etc.
The High Court has requested the Government of Andhra Pradesh for sanction of 707
additional posts in various categories. The Government has sanctioned 242 additional posts in
various categories vide G.O.Ms.No.89, Law (L and LA&J-Home-Courts-A) Dept., dated 29.05.2025
& sanctioned one (1) post of senior driver and six (6) posts of drivers, vide G.O.Rt.No.1256, Law (L
and LA&J-Home-Courts-A)Dept., dated 28.07.2025. Sanction of remaining 458 posts is pending
with the Government.
