India, Hon'ble Sri Justice Anirudda Bose, Director of National Judicial Academy and the former

Judge of Supreme Court of India, Hon'ble Sri Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur, Chief Justice of the High
Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of

High Court of Jharkhand, Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Narendar, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of High Court

of Uttarakhand adorned and graced the dias.

Hon'ble Sri Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur, the

Hon'ble the Chief Justice of High Court of Andhra Pradesh
delivered warm welcome address and set the tone for

the remarkable conference. His Lordship warmly

welcomed the dignitaries, Hon'ble Judges from the
Southern States, and also the Members of District

Judiciary of all the participating States in the Regional

Conference.
His Lordship further mentioned that the pressing

challenge the Judicial System has been facing is 'Docket
Explosion'. Emphasis shall be made on balancing the

views 'Justice Delayed is Justice Denied' and 'Justice

Hurried is Justice Buried' and has become the daily test
to keep up the promise of rendering timely justice.
