Hon’ble Sri Justice R Raghunandan Rao was born on 30.06.1964 to Late. Sri. Rao Chinna Rao and Smt. R.Vilasitha Kumari. His Lordship did his schooling in Hyderabad Public School, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad and graduation from Nagarjuna University in Commerce and completed his Law course from Osmania University in the year 1988. Eenrolled as a Member of the Bar Council of the State of Andhra Pradesh on 01.09.1988 and commenced his practice by joining the chambers of Mr. S. Ravi. His Lordship was Assistant Government Pleader (Commercial Taxes) from 1993 to1994 and was the Special Assistant Government Pleader in the office of the Advocate General of Andhra Pradesh in 1995. His Lordship was previously Standing Counsel for various public sector corporations including M/s. Powergrid Corporation, M/s. Indian Oil Corporation, M/s. Gas Authority of India Limited and other private sector corporations till being designated as Senior Counsel. His Lordship was designated as Senior Counsel by the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in December 2013 and was a designated Senior Advocate, with over 30 years of experience at the Bar. His Lordship appeared regularly before the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana at Hyderabad, Hon’ble High Court of A.P. at Amaravati and the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, and appeared before the other Hon’ble High Courts and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India on some occasions. His Lordship regularly practiced in all branches of Law. His Lordship was empanelled as a member of the Senior Standing Counsel Panel for the Union of India in the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana, and was also the Senior Standing Counsel to the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh. His Lordship sworn as Judge of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 13.01.2020. His Lordship’s daughter and son are pursuing studies in Pune.

Born on 27.08.1968 at Tadepalli, Guntur District to Smt. Indira Devi and Shri NVV Krishna Rao, who worked as Senior Assistant Public Prosecutor in West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and East Godavari Districts. Had his school education in Z.P.(Boys) High School, Tanuku, West Godavari District. Did Graduation in B.Com from Government Arts College, Rajahmundry. Thereafter studied Law in Siddhartha Law College, Vijayawada and obtained Degree in Bachelor of Law from Nagarjuna University. After enrolling as an Advocate on the rolls of Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh in the year 1992, joined the office of Shri Talari Anantha Babu, Former Advocate General of Andhra Pradesh and Senior Advocate of erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Appointed as a Special Government Pleader, Office of the Advocate General during 2003-2004 and later as Government Pleader, Agriculture, Co-operation and Marketing Departments, Government of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2009 and discharged functions till 2014 for five years. Hon’ble Justice B. Krishna Mohan was born on 05-02-1965 at Guntur. His Lordship’s father late Sri B.S. R. Anjaneyulu was a District and Sessions Judge in Andhra Pradesh State Higher Judicial Service. His Lordship studied in Majeti Guruvaiah High School, Guntur; graduated in Sciences from Hindu College, Guntur; obtained law degree from Andhra Christian Law College, Guntur affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University. Enrolled on 30-03-1989 in the State Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad and started High Court practice by joining the office of late Sri C. Trivikrama Rao and set up an independent practice in the year 1993. His Lordship’s wife Smt. B. Vasantha Lakshmi, daughter of late Sri. Justice K. R. Prasad Rao, former Judge of Karnataka High Court and the Vice-Chairman of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad is also a practicing Advocate. His Lordship worked as Assistant Government Pleader for Home, Law and Legislative Affairs in the High Court between 1996 to 1999. Rendered services as Central Government Counsel from 2008 to 2018, Standing Counsel for University Grants Commission, Food Corporation of India, AIIMS, New Delhi and Navodaya Schools; Legal Adviser to State Bank of Mysore, Canara Bank, Vijaya Bank, VRL Logistics, GATI Ltd and Standing Counsel for NREDCAP. His Lordship was appointed as the first Assistant Solicitor General of India for the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravti on 10th January, 2019 and continued in the said office till elevation as a Judge of this Hon’ble High Court. His Lordship was sworn in as a Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 02-05-2020.

Hon’ble Sri Justice Kanchireddy Suresh Reddy was born on 07.12.1964 at Tarimela Village of Singanamala Mandal, Anantapuramu District in an agricultural family to Smt.K.Lakshmi Devi and Late Sri K.Sankar Reddy. He pursued Elementary Education in Zilla Parishad High School, Tarimela Village, Higher Grade Education at Vinay Kumar Telugu Medium High School, Anantapuramu, completed Graduation from Government Arts College, Anantapuramu and did Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.) Degree from Gulbarga University, Karnataka State. He got enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh on 07.09.1989 and joined in the office of the learned Senior Counsel Sri T.Bali Reddy, and practiced in Civil, Criminal and Constitutional matters. Represented Sri Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University during the years, 2008-2011 and elevated as a Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 02.05.2020.

His Lordship was born on 13.02.1967 (recorded date of birth is 13.06.1966) at Mypadu Village in Nellore District. His father Sri K.J.Rama Murthy was a retired Engineer in Irrigation Department and his mother Smt. K. Jhansi Lakshmi is a house wife. His Lordship did his schooling in Guntur, Prakasam and Nellore Districts on account of his father’s employment; Intermediate from Jawahar Bharathi College, Kavali of Nellore Dist; Graduation in Commerce from CSR Sarma College affiliated to Nagarjuna University; completed Law course from Nyaya Vidya Parishad Law College affiliated to Andhra University and was Students’ Union General Secretary of NVP Law College during 1989-90; PG Diploma in Cyber Laws from Hyderabad Central University; Master’s Degree from PG College of Law, Hyderabad, Osmania University and Ph.D. in Law from Andhra University. Enrolled as a Member of the Bar Council of the State of Andhra Pradesh on 25.06.1991 and commenced his practice by joining as a junior advocate to Sri Nagisetty Mohan Das, Advocate in the Sri Nagisetty Ranga Rao’s office at Ongole of Prakasam District and continued as such till May 1993, and thereafter, started independent practice in the Magistrate Courts, Subordinate Judge Court in Kandukur of Prakasam District till May, 1999 and also served as Secretary of the Bar Association, Kandukur. His Lordship served as Senior Standing Counsel, Central Excise Board in the High Court from 2008 to 2016 and also served as Special Public Prosecutor/Standing Counsel for Enforcement Directorate for Hyderabad Zone, specially for PMLA cases, before the designated Courts and other Courts including Common High Court at Hyderabad for the period from 2016 to 2020 and also served as Special Public Prosecutor/Standing Counsel for Directorate Revenue Intelligence, specially for NDPS cases before the designated Courts and other Courts including High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amravati.
His Lordship was empanelled as a member of the Senior Panel Counsel for the Union of India in the High Court of Telangana and the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. Lordship received Awards i.e., Ph.D (Doctorate in Law) from Andhra University and Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Gyan Vigyan Ratna Award -2014 presented by the Hon’ble Sri Justice Jasti Chalameswar, Judge, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi and organized by Resident Commissioner, Government of AP & AP Bhawan SC/ST /Employees’ Welfare Association, New Delhi on the eve of 123rd Birthday Ceremony celebrations of Dr. BR Ambedkar.
Lordship did academic Projects: Intellectual Property Rights and Dispute Settlement Mechanism- a Critical Study, Banking Transactions through Net services, Legal Changes on Net Banking Services, Computer Crimes and frauds in Banking Transactions, Disciplinary Proceedings and Domestic Enquiry in A.P.S.R.T.C, consumer privileges under the Consumer Protection Act or Consumer Justice. Lordship gave lectures on Central Excise laws in National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN), Zonal Campus, Visakhapatnam on some occasions. His Lordship actively practised in Civil, Criminal, Services, Constitutional and almost all other branches of Law. Had developed his independent practice within a short span of time and extensively dealt with number of cases, covering all branches of Law.
Married to Ms. K.Suneeta and blessed with two Sons, namely, K.Kaushik and K.Subhash who are practicing as Advocates. His Lordship sworn in as a Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 08.12.2021.

Born to Sri B.K.V.Sastri, Advocate and Smt. Janaki. Hails from Kovvur, West Godavari District. Holds a Degree in B.Sc., and Post Graduation in Law.
Appointed as District Judge Grade-II by direct recruitment, in the Andhra Pradesh Higher Judicial Service on 21.08.2002. Participated in training for four and half months for direct recruit District Judges in the Andhra Pradesh Judicial Academy.
Served as Additional District Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Warangal. Served as Principal District Judge, Srikakulam, East Godavari at Rajahmundry; Chairman, VAT Appellate Tribunal, Visakhapatnam and Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam. Also worked as Registrar General from 06.07.2020 till her elevation as Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, at Amaravati, and sworn in as such on 08.12.2021.

Born to late Sri K.Lakshmi Reddy and Smt. K.Ramalakshmi. His Lordship's father retired as Assistant General Manager, A.P. Co-operative Central Agricultural Development Bank. Had School Education at Hyderabad & in other Districts. Passed Intermediate at Nagarjuna Junior College, Hyderabad. Obtained degree from SDGS College, Hindupur, Anantapur district. Obtained Law Degree from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Anantapur. Enrolled as an Advocate on the rolls of Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh on 11.8.1991, joined the office of late Sri C.Padmanabha Reddy. Had developed independent practice. Actively practiced on criminal side and on various other branches of Law. Appointed as the State Public Prosecutor, AP High Court on 19th July, 2019.Elevated as Judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, and sworn in as such on 14.02.2022.

  Justice Sri Gannamaneni Ramakrishna Prasad was born to Sri Gannamaneni Gandhi Chowdary and Smt. G. Vijayalakshmi on 28.05.1964 in Karamchedu Village, Prakasam District. Did his Pre schooling and a part of his primary schooling in Telugu medium in an informal School in Karamchedu Village and thereafter completed his primary schooling in Loyola Public School, Guntur. Completed his secondary and higher schooling in Hyderabad Public School, Ramanthapur. Did his graduation in B.com in Andhra Vidyalaya College of Arts & Sciences, Hyderabad and LLB in Andhra Christian College of Law, Guntur and enrolled as Advocate in the year 1991 in Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh. Did the LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Laws from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
  Started his career as a lecturer of law and taught various law subjects in a Law College in Guntur. Had set-up his practice in the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi in the year 1996 by joining the Chamber of Hon’ble Sri Justice Lavu Nageswara Rao Garu, Judge, Supreme Court of India.   A reported case in which he appeared (Intellectuals Forum, Tirupathi Vs State of AP & Ors- (2006) 3 SCC 549) is part of case law syllabus for Environmental Law in Faculty of Law, Delhi University.
  Had practiced in the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi and Punjab & Haryana High Court and in various National Tribunals in Delhi for 26 years before being elevated as a Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 14.02.2022.

Hails from Phanidam in Guntur District. Born in 1967 in an agricultural family to Sri Nimmagadda Ramakrishna Rao and Smt. Nimmagadda Anjamma. After his schooling at Phanidam and Intermediate at Sattenapalli, did his B.Com, at TJPS College affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, and B.L. and M.L. from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Ananthapur and Visakhapatnam respectively.
He was enrolled as an Advocate on the rolls of the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh on 30.06.1992. His stint as a lawyer in the High Court at Hyderabad and Amaravathi spanned over twenty six years. Practised in Writ jurisdiction, Appellate jurisdiction, Civil, Criminal, Service and other branches of Law. Also worked as Standing Counsel for Municipalities, A.P., from 2014 to 2019 and Standing Counsel for Medical Council of India for the years 2015 and 2016.   Born on 10th September 1966 to late Sri V. Uma Maheswara Rao and Smt. Late V. Jayalakshmi. She did her Schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Delhi Kant, New Delhi. Thereafter, after her father gave voluntary retirement to Air Force, she shifted to Hyderabad and thereafter, completed her education from Osmania University. She completed M.A. (Sociology), M.A. (Political Science), and she also got specialised in Law (Constitutional Law). She enrolled as an Advocate on 23.04.1998 and did her training in the office of Smt. M. Bhaskara Lakshmi for a period of one year and thereafter joined in the office of Sri A.V. Sivaiah, the then Standing Counsel of APSRTC and also Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and Panchayat, for a period of five years. Thereafter, from the Year 2004 onwards she started practicing independently in all cases Civil, Criminal, Writs. Worked as Panel Advocate for the Legal Services Authority in the combined State Legal Services Authority and also was the Panel Advocate for the erstwhile State Bank of Hyderabad prior to its merge in State Bank of India. LL.M., at Cochin University of Science and Technology at Ernakulam, Kerala State. Did Phd. in Law in Nagarjuna University. Practiced as an Advocate for seven years, Lecturer for five years. Joined in Judicial Service as Munsif Magistrate in the year 1994. Published about 50 articles in various Law Journals. Published a book for guiding entry into Judicial Service. Was a Senior Faculty A.P. Judicial Academy for training Judicial Officers of all cadres for two years. Was a Member Secretary for A.P. State Legal Services Authority for about one year.
   While working as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool got elevated as Judge to the Honourable High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 04.08.2022.

Degree at B.V.K.Degree College, Visakhapatnam and Law from G.S.K.M Law College, Rajahmundry (affiliated to Andhra University).
    Enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1988 and practiced at Kakinada Bar Association of East Godavari District. Did graduation in B.Sc. from S.K.B.R. Degree College, Amalapuram. Thereafter, studied Law in G.S.K.M. Law College, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District. After enrolling as an Advocate on the rolls of Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh in the year 1988, he joined the Office of Shri P.S. Rama Chandra Murthy, Advocate at Amalapuram, East Godavari District. Practiced as an Advocate for a period of 6 years from 1988 to 1994. On 05.05.1994, he joined in the A.P. State Judicial Service as Munsiff Magistrate, Parchur and served as Junior Civil Judge in different stations and got promoted in the year 2007 as Senior Civil Judge. Completed his 10th class in Jai Hind High School at Machilipatnam, his Intermediate at SRYSP Junior College, Challapalli, Krishna District and completed his graduation, Post-Graduation and Law at Machilipatnam. Enrolled as an Advocate on 05.04.1989 on the rolls of Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh and practiced as an Advocate at Avanigadda in Krishna District, he joined in A.P. State Judicial Service as Junior Civil Judge in the year 1994. Later promoted as Senior Civil Judge in the year 2007 and further promoted as Additional District Judge in the month of February, 2016 and posted as Special Judge for SC, ST cases at Srikakulam and worked till April, 2019. From Srikakulam, transferred to Tirupathi as a Judge, Family Court and worked at Tirupathi till he was transferred to Guntur as I Additional District Judge. Elevated as Additional Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh and sworn in on 27.01.2023. Appointed as Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh and assumed charge as such on the forenoon of 28.08.2024.

His Lordship has enrolled with the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh on 30.11.1994 and commenced the practice by joining the chambers of a Senior Advocate Mr Ravi.S in the High Court.
His Lordship had served as Additional Standing Counsel for Government of India in the High Court of A.P from 2001 to 2004 Later, His Lordship was empanelled as Senior Panel Counsel for Government of India in the High Court at Hyderabad in the year 2004. Also as Standing Counsel for the Directorate of Enforcement, in High Court and Special Courts for ED Cases in State of AP in the year 2011.
His Lordship has also rendered his valuable services as Special Public Prosecutor for the National Investigation Agency, Government of India in 2015.
Recognizing their valuable services, His Lordship has once again been empanelled as Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India for combined High Court at Hyderabad in the year 2016.
His Lordship has also been elected twice as Member of the Bar Council i.e. for the Bar Council of AP in 2012 and for the Bar Council of Telangana in 2018. However, His Lordship resigned as Member Bar Council of Telangana and opted for practice in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
His Lordship was engaged as Assistant Solicitor General for India for Andhra Pradesh High Court in the year 2020 and later the post has been re-designated as Deputy Solicitor General of India for A.P.High Court w.e.f., 13.09.2022.
Apart from above various valuable services, His Lordship Justice was also the Advisor to various National and Multi National companies involved in banking and financial institutions and now elevated as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati and assumed charge as such on 21.10.2023.

Born on 30th July 1970 at Barlapudi village, Movva Mandal, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. Attained her LLB from College of Law, Osmania University at Hyderabad, in the year 1994.
Enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar council of A.P in the year 1995. Joined as Junior Advocate in the Law chambers of Sri. J.V.Prasad and practiced at High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad.
In the year 2003, she was appointed as the Junior Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department for High Court of Andhra Pradesh., Hyderabad and continued as such till the year 2016, when she was appointed as the Senior Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department for the High Court of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad.
Upon the establishment of High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati, she continued her work as the Senior Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department till her elevation as Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 21st October 2023.

      Born on 28.06.1971 at Hyderabad to Smt. Jagadam Janaki and Late Sri Jagadam Lakshmipathi, who worked as Senior Deputy Accountant General in the office of the Account General, Hyderabad, and native of Panduvaripeta Village, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Konaseema District. Did her Schooling in Holy Mary Girls High School, Saifabad, Graduation in University College for Women, Koti, Hyderabad, and Law in College of Law for Women, Andhra Mahila Sabha, Osmania University, Hyderabad. Enrolled as a Member of the Bar Council of the State of Andhra Pradesh on 19.03.1998 and commenced practice by joining the Chambers of Late Sri Bojja Tharakam, Senior Advocate, and Sri G.V. Shivaji, Advocate, of erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh. Appointed as Assistant Government Pleader in the year 2004. Had practice independently in the erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh from 2009 to 2019. Dealt with cases in Writ jurisdiction, Criminal and Services. Appointed as Standing Counsel for Z.P.P., M.P.P. & Grampanchayat in the year 2019 and as Government Pleader for Services-II in the year 2020. Appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati, and sworn-in as such on 21.10.2023.

      Born in the year 1974 to Sri Nyapathy Subba Rao & Smt.Nyapathy Parimala and had schooling in B.V.M. High School, Rajahmundry, pursued Degree in Government Arts College, Rajahmundry and completed Bachelor of Law Degree in G.S.K.M. Law College, Rajahmundry. His Lordship’s father is a well known National Level Billiards player and his Great grandfather Late Sri Nyapathy Subbarao Pantulu was one of the founders of ‘The Hindu’ Newspaper.
      Enrolled as an Advocate in Advocates’ Bar Association, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the year 1998 and joined the office of Hon’ble Sri Justice M.S. Rama Chandra Rao Garu. His Lordship was elected as Secretary to the then unified Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocates’ Association, High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad for the year 2011-2012.
      An avid Sports Lover and had played on behalf of Andhra Pradesh High Court in the annual All India Lawyers’ Cricket Tournaments. His Lordship led the team to victory as Captain and was Man of the Tournaments and Man of Series on quite a few occasions.

  Born to Late Sri Challa Narayana and Late Smt.Challa Chandramma at Tadipatri, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh. Had schooling at Sri Aurobindo Centinary School, Tadipatri. Completed degree and law studies at Hyderabad. Enrolled as an Advocate in the year 2001 and started practicing in the office of Hon’ble Sri Justice Challa Kodanda Ram. After his elevation as Judge of Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, started independent practice and has built a distinguished legal career. Handled cases relating to Writ Remedies under the Constitution across various branches of law, including Education, Electricity, Mining, Taxation, Revenue, SARFAESI, Environment and Pollution, Arbitration, and Contracts, Civil Matters and Criminal Matters, particularly in Economic Offences on both Original and Appellate sides. Has extensive experience in handling Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters, mergers before the NCLT, tariff, regulatory, and adjudicatory issues before APERC/TSERC/APTEL, and advised and represented various corporate houses in Litigation.
  Served as a Standing Counsel for the Medical Council of India from 2011 to 2013 and appeared for various Private Engineering and Medical Institutions at High Court. Also appeared for IOCL, HPCL, Midhani, BHPV as Special Counsel before Tribunals and High Court.
  Appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and sworn-in as such on 28.10.2024.
